The visit
After the ceramic finish, the cabin gets the same attention as the paint. Leather is cleaned and conditioned, the vents and stitching are brushed out, and the plastics are left with their natural finish. Leather should look like leather.
Your Artisan leaves the fragrance you chose and a card written by hand, and photographs the car properly before they pack up. The photographs go to the gallery in your account, so you have a record of the car at its best.
